What we build

Governed AI, engineered end to end.

Six disciplines, one rule: broad capability, narrow permissions, and a human on anything irreversible.

Governed AI agents

Agents built around how your organization works, for your team or your customers.

Custom agents built around how your organization works, starting read-only and earning write access one system at a time.

  • One agent per system. Deep context instead of shallow context everywhere.
  • Read-only first. Agents look around, read and explain before they change anything.
  • Write access earned. A human unlocks writes one system at a time, based on how the agent reasons about that specific system.
  • Fewer, well-scoped agents. Clear ownership beats a crowd of overlapping bots.

Agent harnesses

The software wrapped around the model. It decides what the model is allowed to touch.

The code around the model that decides what it may touch: permissions, scoped credentials, approvals, audit logs, sandboxes and undo.

  • Permissions. Tool permissions per agent, not per platform. A research agent gets search and read, and the default is deny.
  • Scoped credentials. Short-lived, least-privilege tokens injected at call time. The agent never holds a secret it doesn't need.
  • Approvals. Sends, payments, deletes and anything external pause for a human, who sees the exact payload, not a summary.
  • Audit log. Every tool call, its arguments, its result and who approved what. Any run can be replayed.
  • Sandbox. Code execution and browsing run in isolated environments with no path to production by default.
  • Undo. Drafts over sends. Soft deletes over hard deletes. Branches over main. One-click rollback.

Glass-house transparency

Systems you can inspect, not black boxes you have to trust.

Every tool call logged, every outbound payload shown to a person before it leaves, every guess labeled as a guess.

  • Exact payloads. Approvers see the real recipient, subject and body.
  • Replayable runs. Tool calls, arguments, results and approvals are recorded.
  • Zero fabrication. If the system doesn't know, it says so; guesses are labeled.
  • Done means verified. Checks and builds pass before anything counts as done.

One call turn
  1. Caller audiostreamed in
  2. Speech-to-textpartial transcripts
  3. Modelfirst tokens out
  4. Async tool call“pulling that up now”
  5. Text-to-speechsentence by sentence
  6. Callerhears the reply

Barge-in The caller talks over the agent: audio stops, the turn is trimmed to what was heard, and the agent answers the interruption.

AI phone agents

A voice agent that sounds good in a demo and one that survives real calls are two different systems.

Voice agents engineered for real calls: latency budgets, endpointing, barge-in, clean human handoff and consent built in.

  • Latency as a budget. Streaming speech-to-text, first tokens out, audio synthesized sentence by sentence.
  • Endpointing. Voice activity detection paired with semantic cues, so callers aren't cut off.
  • Real barge-in. The agent stops talking and answers the interruption.
  • Clean handoff. Defined triggers and a structured summary, so callers never repeat themselves.
  • Compliance in the architecture. AI disclosure, logged consent and an explicit recording policy.

Safe automation

Automate the boring, gate the irreversible.

Automate the boring, gate the irreversible. Routine work runs on its own; sends, payments and deletes wait for a human.

  • Autonomous: reversible, internal, small blast radius, verifiable. It runs and logs everything.
  • Autonomous with checks: reversible but wider impact. Validated in code, sampled after the fact.
  • Gated: irreversible, external or bulk. A human sees the exact payload and approves with one click.
  • Never: actions that shouldn't exist as tools at all.

AI websites

Fast, modern sites designed to convert and get found, in search engines and in AI assistants.

AI-built websites designed to convert and get found, in classic search and in AI assistants.

  • Performance first. Static-first pages, optimized media, minimal JavaScript.
  • Built for AI search. Structured data, clean semantics and llms.txt summaries.
  • Lead capture that respects people. Every inquiry is reviewed by a person.
  • Integrated. Follow-up, routing and CRM automation behind the form, inside the same guardrails.

Selective by design

Every engagement starts with an application.

We take on a limited number of engagements at a time and review every application personally, case by case, whatever the size of the company. If it's a fit, we'll reach out to scope the work together.
